It\'s not worked like I wanted it too. I wrote a program about 6 years ago in VB 6 to load commodore 64 roms into an emulator. I have just found a bug and wanted to fix it. Having moved to a different country 4 years ago I backed up all my programs and code. But it turns out that I backed up all, but my soft-64 code.Your program de-compiled all the forms, but not the code, I would like to see the code and remake this program and fix my bug. I don\'t want to start again.Please help Darren.

The products UI is easy to use and fairly straight forward. However, the results that it provided did not assist me in any way. It only provided me with the assembly behind the dll and not the actual VB code I was looking for.

Downloaded fine and ran with out incident. It did not produce the output I was hoping for, and I could not map its results back to the .exe addresses it provided.

The demo version does not demonstrate the format of possible code (just suggest for using Pro version, it should display some fake code to show the format used by the pro version). I was not convinced that the pro version will display the code in the format that I can read. I deleted the source code which contains last 2 weeks of my work and I have only the executable. So I need to have a tool which could provide me more details so that I can recover my lost code.

no good I tried the free version but it did not do what I wanted - decompile to something I could load into VB6 to try and recover a programme I have lost the source code for. I will not buy the full version unless I can try it first to see if it does what I want.

A fantastic product. I just wanted my CHM file to be in the local website model, because you can't open the links in new window while you are browsing in CHM file. This will limit your reference a bit by allowing only to use one view pane. With the CHMDecompiler I decompiled all the pages in my CHM file to a folder. With using Google Chrome browser, I can open multiple Tabs or Windows whenever I need to refer for some definition or term while reading some chapters.

ChmDecompiler I was looking for a simple CHM reader because for some security reason ( I am guessing ) my Internet Explorer 7 would not properly read achm file documenting a video card I purchased.Your program did help me, but I would suggest since you clearly understand chm format, adding a simple reading function to it might help others besides myself struggling with IE7 security issues.If you Google "read chm files" you will see a lot of posts for people who have issues with IE simply displaying CHM files.Thanks a lot.

Worked as stated hi, i used the software to extract a picture from a chm file. it worked as it said it would. it was easy to use, so i would recommend it.

Solve my problem. I have recently download a ebook in chm format. But I could not be able to decode it into a readable file on windows even after I have tried several chm reader software download for free from the internet. But this does. Thank you.

Works but misses some. On the flash version 6 and 8 I ran some test files, decompiler missed some tracks of audio/Video and or the next time I ran it on the same files it slowed the audio to a slow motion like time frame and dropped the video. I can not be any better in describing it as I only have the flash files and not orig file data, but other wise it worked well.

Hi,Thanks for the great download. I was able to review the stuff inside. However the down side is after editing was unable to save them. Imaging a scenerio, after spending ages downloading eg. OpenOffice.org and all files cannot be saved and then the message tells you. Buy this special code to be able to save. WowSo what's next ?ThanksDavid

Doesn`t Work I have a swf file and It will not let me select the file for to convert it. But that is not what I wrote about to you it is that the add on google is listing this as freeware and it is not freeware. This is just a friendly comment for you.Sean

trying out Flash Decompiler I have lost all my projects on my main HD after the Apple store burned my HD trying to replace the video card.. I lost very important projects and there was this Flash site that needed to be delivered end of February 2008... I wouldn't have had the time to redo it and be on time, so Flash Decompiler allowed me to take the "approved" version that was on my server and convert it back to a working project...

We can be a superhero for our clients We were interested in this program be cause we have a number of clients who have in the past commissioned advertising agencies to do flash work for them and now when the clients want to get us to change the website the ad agencies won't release the .fla file claiming that it's their (the ad agencies) IP. Now since the client unqestionably owns the .swf we can change and update their website for them. And if the client ever needs the new .fla that we make for them - it's theirs as far as we're concerned.
